With its high-precision digital display, multi-function signal output, strong environmental adaptability and intelligent parameter setting, the pressure sensor has become one of the important components of industrial pressure monitoring.

Working principle

  1. The pressure change is sensed through elastic elements (such as metal diaphragms), and the deformation causes the resistance or capacitance value to change, which is converted into an electrical signal by the measuring circuit

  2. After the signal is converted by A/D and digitally processed, the LCD/LED screen displays the pressure value (such as kPa, bar, MPa) in real time, and outputs a standard electrical signal (4-20mA, 0-10V)

Core structure

  1. Elastic element: stainless steel or ceramic diaphragm, corrosion-resistant and overpressure-resistant

  2. Processing unit: Contains signal conditioning circuit and microprocessor to achieve linear compensation and temperature drift correction

  3. Display module: supports multi-parameter display of pressure value, percentage, current value, and some with analog indicator bars
