Working principle
The pressure change is sensed through elastic elements (such as metal diaphragms), and the deformation causes the resistance or capacitance value to change, which is converted into an electrical signal by the measuring circuit
After the signal is converted by A/D and digitally processed, the LCD/LED screen displays the pressure value (such as kPa, bar, MPa) in real time, and outputs a standard electrical signal (4-20mA, 0-10V)
Core structure
Elastic element: stainless steel or ceramic diaphragm, corrosion-resistant and overpressure-resistant
Processing unit: Contains signal conditioning circuit and microprocessor to achieve linear compensation and temperature drift correction
Display module: supports multi-parameter display of pressure value, percentage, current value, and some with analog indicator bars
Energy and power: boiler pressure control, pipeline flow monitoring
Automobile manufacturing: stamping machine pressure detection, tire pressure monitoring
Medical equipment: ventilator airway pressure control, blood pressure monitor
Chemical/Petrochemical: Reactor pressure monitoring, leak prevention and safety
Hydraulic lubrication system: Real-time monitoring of oil pressure to prevent equipment failure
